Google Analytics
Based on our legitimate interests, this website uses the service "Google Analytics" for the optimisation and analysis of our online offer within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. GDPR. Google Analytics is provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). The service (Google Analytics) uses "cookies" - text files which are stored on your end device. The information collected by the cookies is usually sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google LLC complies with European data protection law and is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement: https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active
On this website IP-anonymization is used. The IP address of the users is shortened within the member states of the EU and the European Economic Area and in the other contracting states of the agreement. Only in individual cases is the IP address initially transferred in full to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Through this shortening, the personal reference of your IP address is no longer necessary. The user's IP address transmitted by the browser is not combined with other data stored by Google.
Within the framework of the agreement on commissioned data, which we as website operator have concluded with Google Inc., the latter uses the information collected to create an evaluation of website use and website activity and provides services associated with the use of the internet.
The data collected by Google on our behalf is used to evaluate the use of our online offer by individual users, e.g. to generate reports on website activity in order to improve our online offer.
You have the option of preventing the storage of cookies on your device by making the appropriate settings in your browser. If your browser does not allow cookies we cannot guarantee that you will be able to access all functions of this website without restrictions.
Furthermore, you can use a browser plugin to prevent the information collected by cookies (including your IP address) from being sent to and used by Google Inc. The plugin is found at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en

Google Ads
Our website uses the program Google Ads. Ads is an online advertising tool of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). We use Google Ads to advertise our attractive offers on external websites with the help of advertising material (so-called Google Adwords). In relation to the data of the advertising campaigns, we can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are. This way, we pursue the interest in showing you advertising that is of interest to you, to make our website more interesting for you and to achieve a fair calculation of advertising costs.
In the context of Google Ads we use the so-called conversion tracking. When you click on an ad placed by Google, a cookie is set for conversion tracking. Cookies are small text files that the internet browser places on the user's computer. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used to personally identify users. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not expired, Google and we may recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to that page.
Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. This means that cookies cannot be tracked on the websites of ads customers. The information collected through the conversion cookie is used to compile conversion statistics for those ads customers who have opted-in to conversion tracking. The customers will know the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive information that personally identifies users. If you don't want to participate in tracking, you can block this functionality by disabling the Google Conversion Tracking cookie on your web browser under user preferences. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.
The storage of "conversion cookies" is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR The website operator has a legitimate interest in the analysis of user behaviour in order to optimise both his website and his advertising.
Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified for the US-European data protection agreement "Privacy Shield", which guarantees compliance with the level of data protection applicable in the EU. You can find more information about Google's privacy policy at the following web address: https://policies.google.com/privacy?gl=de&hl=en
You can permanently deactivate cookies for ad preferences by making the appropriate setting in your browser software to prevent them from being stored or by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: http://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin?hl=en/
Please note that certain functions of this website may not be available or may only be used to a limited extent if you have deactivated the use of cookies.
Tag Manager
This website uses the Google Tag Manager. This service allows website tags to be managed through an interface. Google Tool Manager only implements tags, does not set cookies and does not collect any personal information. Google Tag Manager triggers other tags that may collect personal information. However, Google Tag Manager does not access this information. If disabled at the domain or cookie level, it will remain disabled for all tracking tags when implemented with Google Tag Manager.
You Tube
We integrate videos of the "YouTube" platform of the provider Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Privacy policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/, Opt-Out: https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated.

LinkedIn Insight Tag
LinkedIn Analytics and LinkedIn Ads
We use the conversion tracking technology on our website as well as the retargeting function of LinkedIn Corporation.
By using this technology, a cookie is created in your browser. The cookie allows the following data to be collected: metadata such as IP address, timestamp and page events (e.g. page views). For more information, please visit: https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/a427660?lang=en.
This data is encrypted, anonymized within seven days and the anonymized data is deleted within 90 days.
Furthermore, LinkedIn offers the possibility of retargeting via the Insight Tag. With the help of this tool, we can display targeted advertising outside our website without identifying you as a website visitor. In addition, it allows generating anonymous reports on the performance of the advertisements as well as information on website interaction. For this purpose, the LinkedIn Insight Tag is embedded on this website, establishing a connection to the LinkedIn server when you visit this website and are logged into your LinkedIn account at the same time.
In the privacy policy of LinkedIn at https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy you will find more information on data collection and data use as well as the options and rights to protect your privacy. When you are logged in on LinkedIn, you can deactivate data collection at any time via the following link: https://www.linkedin.com/psettings/enhanced-advertising.
